Tasha Beaton
PROVISIONAL PSYCHOLOGIST
Tash is a warm, empathetic, and approachable provisional psychologist passionate about creating a safe and supportive space for clients to explore their life challenges. She is currently in the second year of her Master of Psychology (Clinical) and has a background in crisis intervention, having previously volunteered as a Lifeline phone counsellor.
Tash has experience working with adults, adolescents, and children facing a range of difficulties, including anxiety, depression, emotional regulation challenges, and relationship concerns. She is also experienced in conducting comprehensive psychological assessments for individuals across the lifespan, including for ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and Specific Learning Disorders.
Tash is committed to using evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) to support clients in building resilience and making meaningful changes in their lives.
