Eleasa Pearce
PSYCHOLOGIST
Eleasa is a highly experienced fully-registered psychologist who is passionate about helping people lead healthier, happier, and more fulfilling lives. She has a Master Degree in Coaching Psychology and over 20 years’ of experience working across corporate, government, community, and private sectors. Eleasa has extensive experience in therapy, coaching, and psychological consultancy and has been practicing as a psychologist for over 13 years.
Eleasa is a highly empathetic and compassionate psychologist with a strong focus on client-centred care. She creates a safe and supportive space for clients to explore their life challenges. Eleasa uses a holistic approach, with treatment individually tailored for each client so they can reach their own goals, while also promoting greater wellbeing, growth, and resilience.
Eleasa employs an integrative approach drawing from a wide range of evidence-based psychological treatments including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Schema Therapy, Motivational Interviewing (MI); Mindfulness-based interventions, as well as Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Imagery Rescripting for trauma-related disorders. Coaching and positive psychology methodologies also inform her clinical practice.
Eleasa sees clients from ages 8 and up.
